| To treat all animals humanely.|
|Neuter and spay all existing cats on property to|
|To find homes for as many as possible, yet keep some|
|on property for rodent control.|
|To feed and water the property cats in order to keep|
|them well and able to function. This will prevent mice |
and rats infestations into owners units.
|To treat any sick animal found on property. If not|
|treatable, have them put down in a humane fashion |
with the help of the Molokai Humane Society.
|To prevent any torturing, poisoning, or mistreatment of|
|any kind, to any, and all animals or property.|
|To report to the Molokai Police Dept. any violations of|
|our state law that has made it a felony to kill, mame, and |
torture any animal, with punishment of up to ten years
in prison and or a ten thousand dollar fine.
