Highlights:

• Ke Nani Kai fees will drop approximately -1.4% for fiscal year FY2013
beginning February 1, 2012. This is a drop of about another -$10.00 per
month or -$120.00 per year.

• This means that in the last three years KNKfees for a 2 bedroom large unit
have dropped from $816.47 to $736.83 per month a drop of -$79.65 or
-9.8% per month or savings of almost $1,000 ($955.80) per year!

FY 2013:
Overall the budget is $960,000 for FY2013.
