                                          Rules Committee

    This committee is responsible for reviewing the content of the House
    Rules for clarity, usefulness and timeliness.

    The committee meets at the request of Owners and the Board to review
    both specific and general requests.

    The committee is not an enforcement committee, merely a
    recommending committee. The Board and its designees are the
    enforcement arm of the Association.

    We would welcome any interested Owners to join and participate in this
    effort. It is the Plan to review all the rules during this ensuing year and
    make any change recommendations to the Board of Directors, so there
    is room for all!
